Cancellation Policy

The guaranteed reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival. For cancellations during the period of the 30 days prior the arrival date, an amount equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case the customer does not arrive, the entire amount paid will be charged.
